From 1 July 2026, crypto buy and sell services on Banxe are provided by Paybis (SIA “Paybis Europe”, authorised under EU MiCA, Latvia, reg. No. 40203730951). Buying and selling continues through your non-custodial ProWallet — your wallet, your keys, your control.
What is ProWallet
ProWallet is a non-custodial wallet: only you hold the seed phrase, and neither Banxe nor Paybis can access or recover it. All crypto bought through Banxe is stored in your ProWallet. Supported assets: BTC, ETH, TRX, USDC, USDT.
What stays the same

Your fiat accounts, payments, and card remain fully available.

Your ProWallet balances and transaction history are unchanged.

By using crypto services, you agree to the Paybis Terms and Conditions.
What you need to do
I already have a ProWallet
Make sure you still have access to your seed phrase. If you do, no further action is needed — your ProWallet continues to work as before.
I don’t have a ProWallet yet
You can create a ProWallet directly through your Banxe account. Once created, you will receive a seed phrase — store it securely in a place only you can access.
I’ve lost access to my seed phrase
A lost seed phrase cannot be recovered by Banxe or Paybis. We recommend creating a new ProWallet and transferring your assets to it before continuing to use crypto services.
Important: your seed phrase cannot be recovered
When you create a ProWallet, you receive a seed phrase that gives full access to your wallet. Keep it safe:

Write it down and store it offline in a secure location.

Never share it with anyone, including Banxe support.

If it is lost, your wallet cannot be restored by anyone.
