How can I receive money in my Banxe account?

You can receive transfers from your employer, family, and friends directly into your Banxe account in EUR or GBP with a card or a bank transfer. Your bank transfer details can be found by clicking the ‘Top Up’ button from the Home screen and choosing 'Bank Transfer'. In the right panel, you can choose which Banxe account you want to top up by selecting the currency. Please make sure the sender specifies the Beneficiary's Name, Jurisdiction, and Payment Reference (Wallet ID) in order for the incoming payment to be received. If you choose to top up your Banxe account using a Card, please note that you can only use the cards issued in your name. Your friends and family can also open their own Banxe account and transfer funds to you free and instantly using the Send Cash -> To Banxe User feature. To invite your friends, use the Referral Link, which can be found in your Profile.

You can send money from any bank to your Banxe account with the use of your Banxe account details. Every account in Banxe has a dedicated IBAN that you can be provided for payment details. Please note, that for domestic transfers (SEPA) and international transfers (SWIFT) the IBANs are different. To find your account details navigate to your Cash Accounts ( **https://app.banxe.com/money-account/ ). **You will see the details in the tab on the right. You can provide these details to the sender and receive funds in your Banxe account.

How do I transfer money to my Banxe account from another bank account?

You can use your Banxe account to receive transfers from other banks. Your Banxe account is a multi-currency account, meaning each currency account has unique account details to receive transfers. From the Home screen, choose ‘Top Up’ and select the ‘Bank Transfer’ tab. On the right side of the page, choose the currency under ‘Account’. Please note as soon as you select the currency, the details for the Bank Transfer will change accordingly. When instructing a transfer to your Banxe account, ensure that the account details are used exactly as they are shown in the Banxe account. Using the wrong information to initiate a transfer will cause it to be declined and an additional fee will apply. To ensure that the sender receives the correct details for your transfer, use the ‘Copy all’ button at the bottom and then paste it into a message to the sender. You can also download the PDF with your account details and provide them to the sender or bank.

How long does it take to make a deposit to my Banxe Account?

Usually, all the transactions in Banxe are processed on the same day as scheduled. Below you can see the maximum timeframes for each of the deposit methods. For SEPA the deposits may take up to 2 business days. For SWIFT payments, the deposits may take up to 5 business days. For FPS - up to 1 business day. For BACS/ CHAPS - up to 2 business days. Please, bear in mind that these timeframes take into consideration business days. During weekends and national holidays, the timeframe may be extended.

Why is my card deposit to my Banxe account pending?

Your deposit via card is pending, which means that something didn't go as expected when it was authorised, and we are waiting for the response from your bank to clarify the deposit request. A pending card deposit will eventually change its status to either completed or failed. It should not take longer than one business day for a pending transaction to change its status. In most cases, the funds are credited to your Banxe account if the transaction was approved. However, the funds will stay in your bank account if the transaction fails. Please note that due to international restrictions, it's not possible to top up your Banxe account with a bank card issued in Russia or Belarus.
